Our Training & Development

Right Way has a comprehensive human resources management system that "selects, trains, utilizes and retains" talented people. Our training system can be divided into orientation training, on-the-job training, special skills training, self-development courses, management skills training.

Human Resources annual survey to understand the training needs of various units and individuals, arrange the annual training plan, and the corresponding implementation.

All new employees must be designed to the strictest standards. In addition, all employees must receive on-the-job training and career planning related to their work and job functions so that all employees "can demonstrate the greatest effort."   • Orientation Programs:
