Right Way production department is famous for its high productivity and high quality. The raw material is well chosen to reach the nature and origin of quality. In addition, it constantly refines its production technology, install high tech machinery, and practice computer-based management to manufacture products in conformity with international standard.

Piston Castings – Right Way integrate mold solidification analysis to have the best gravity casting method to cast, coupled with the techniques for stringiest control of the Casting process so as to see an effective prevention of the porosity or pin holes, and use of automatic heat treatment facilities to ensure the effective control of heat expansion coefficient of the materials. Furthermore, we carry out the program for homogenized quality in the metal so as to increase the strength of pistons.

Forging process, Right Way makes meticulous use of high-frequency automatic induction heater as to ensure a reliable and accurate control of the heat-treated raw materials. In addition, Right Way also uses the forging shrinkage heating method to seek improvement in product quality.

With regard to overall machinery equipment, which contains CAD/CAM systems, computerized graphic system, wire cutters, the machining center for cutting and production of machinery and dies, the induction heater, CNC lathes, plus machining center for cutting. In addition, Right Way also purchased the most sophisticated robots and high-precision automatic production equipments for enhancing its productivity.
